What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS.
Are your products free from preservatives and artificial additives?
Yes, our mission is to provide wholesome, traditional food. Most of our products are made using natural preservation methods and contain no harmful chemicals or artificial colors.
What is your return and refund policy?
Since we deal in perishable food items, we only accept returns if the product is damaged, expired, or incorrect upon arrival. Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within India. We are working hard to bring our authentic farm-made products to global customers in the near future.
